Description of the organisational chart

The management of the Department of Computer Science consists of Head of Department Elin A Topp and Deputy Head of Department Görel Hedin. There are four research divisions, each led by a Head of Division. Parallel Systems is led by Michael Doggett, Software Systems is led by Per Runeson, Software Engineering is led by Görel Hedin, and Robotics and Semantic Systems is led by Jacek Malec. There are two Directors of Studies, Michael Doggett, who is the Director of Studies for third-cycle education, and Per Andersson, who is the Director of Studies for first and second-cycle education. There is a Division for Technical and Administrative Support, led by an Administrative Manager, Christel Frick. There is a strategic management group consisting of the Head of Department, Deputy Head of Department, Heads of Division, Directors of Studies and Administrative Manager. The department's highest decision-making body is the Department Board.
